I love Polk County Burger Week. So many creative burgers out there, and Cafe 51 had two that were absolutely fantastic! They took two things that I absolutely love and put them together burgers and toasted ravioli for the Tast of St Louis. This worked so well together even Mrs Picky like it. This burger came with Parm Fries and they were perfectly crisp. The Segreto King Smash was also great smash. Seriously that Segreto cheese, onion and bacon made for a flavor explosion. Then Mrs Picky had chicken tenders. It was like Mount Chicken on that plate. That chicken was really good. That has to be made in house the crispyness on the outside was awesome! Talk about attentive great service. This place has it. The fresh made chips that were brought out were a great change over the usual bread some restaurants bring out. Nice touch there cafe 51. So happy we came here for Burger Week. I will be back to get a Slinger. Woot Woot!

Cafe 51 on 540A is truly one of Lakeland’s hidden gems! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a calming atmosphere filled with smooth jazz music that made the entire dining experience feel relaxing and inviting. The service was exceptional—pleasant, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious! I don’t usually order steak, but the tenderloin tips were incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And my strawberry sangria was refreshingly delicious—the perfect complement to the meal. One of the things I appreciate most is that Cafe 51 is a locally owned restaurant. It’s always a joy to support a local business that takes such pride in delivering outstanding food, service, and ambiance. I can’t wait to return and enjoy another amazing dining experience. Highly recommend!✨😋👌🏾

Great local cafe with fresh everything ; salads , sandwiches, soups and burgers . Daily specials . Had lunch here ; the Southwest wrap which was filled with tender grilled chicken and super fresh lettuce and delicate yet slightly tangy dressing. Side salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing. All was really good. Friendly and attentive service . Local owners. Absolutely recommend this family friendly cafe restaurant !

This place since it opened has been nothing short of amazing. Anyone who leaves anything less than 5 stars, must just be a miserable human because my wife and I have eaten there multiple times and gotten the food to go upwards of 17-20 times and it has never disappointed. Please support this small business because it is Amazing and the people are amazing! And today I got brunch. And I’m going back for dinner!

Had the best meal! Loved the ravioli and charbroiled chicken! The salad with the signature dressing and cheese was fantastic! Ashley was our server and she is the best. A true asset to their restaurant! Thank you
